Refund is only provided in the following cases:
Item received is damaged
Item received is wrong
Item has a clear manufacturing defect
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Orders can only be canceled before shipping. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
